the spring of 2011. The Lawn Army mission is to
provide a professional lawn mow and edging service to
home owners, businesses, parks and commercial
facilities the world round! Lawn Army also tackles
various landscape projects in your yard and another
yard in your home town. Watch for Lawn army to protect
your neighborhood from those pesky overgrown yards and
menacing out-of-uniform edges. We are manning the

Partners to service as many commercial customers as
they would like, but we will show you that our
excellent back office support will allow you to grow

yourself to residential customers.
Q: What’s the initial cost to own a Lawn
Army franchise?
A: We have three options for purchasing a
franchise.
Option #1: You can purchase a turn key
franchise for $38,950 which covers your start up costs
including a branded Lawn Army manager's vehicle,
branded uniforms, computer, training and more!
Option #2: Or, you can provide a Lawn Army
manager's vehicle, computer and other items and pay
only $15,000.
Option #3: Finally, if you are wanting to own a
manager business (where you hire and manage service
professionals to complete the daily work) then we have
a special package for you which is $25,000. This
option includes additional capacity and growth
potential and is the option for applicants who do not
want to mow lawns. These are called Managing Franchise
Partners.
In general, you should plan to have access to about
$19,000 - $47,000 total to get started. Managing
Franchise Partners should plan for additional start up
expenses.
