Peoria, AZ. December, 2011 – Rapid Recovery, the only
nationwide refrigerant abatement company is pleased to announce
the opening of its Connecticut Territory. Local Meriden resident
John Haynes will own and operate the business. This opening marks
another strategic expansion for Rapid Recovery as it’s their first
location in the North East and will serve the New England area.
This marks the 29th location for the nation’s largest provider of
refrigerant recovery services. With locations from coast to coast
and work experience in over 43 states, Rapid Recovery continues to
expand to meet the need for EPA compliant refrigerant recovery.
Their use of AHRI certified gas powered recovery equipment gives
Rapid Recovery a distinct speed advantage over a contractor’s
electric “buzz box” and is a key factor as to why it is rapidly
expanding to meet this demand throughout the United States.
Founded in 2002, the industry leader has revolutionized the way
refrigerant gets recovered in the U.S. "Industry leading EPA
documentation and superior service are just two of the things that
set Rapid Recovery apart", said Adam Dykstra, President of Rapid
Recovery. Another unique aspect is the company’s franchise model,
which Dykstra explains is "great service backed by local ownership
that provides a great partnership for local contractors". The
opening of Connecticut marks another extension of Rapid Recovery’s
nationwide service platform.
Dykstra said “We are a genuine service company to HVAC, Mechanical
and Demolition contractors as well as in house facilities
departments and government agencies. As the burdensome cost of
technicians’ time, equipment, maintenance; and expensive, yet
inadequate off-the-shelf recovery equipment are realized, Rapid
Recovery is in prime position for continued growth. Contractors
are realizing that outsourcing the refrigerant recovery process to
an expert can add profitability to their jobs, free up important
technician time and meet all of their EPA documentation needs as
well.”
Rapid Recovery’s Connecticut operation will be operated by John
Haynes and his Lead Technician, Bryan Thibedeau. Life long
Connecticut residents, they place “Total Customer Satisfaction” as
the cornerstone of their success. “I like to say that we are
really in the man-hours-savings business. We can recover as much
as 500 pounds of refrigerant in an hour, 10 times faster than your
average recovery machine. This saves contractors a ton of costly
time that can be repurposed to more productive activities than
waiting around on recoveries. Then, add the fact that we assume
all of their EPA liability for every pound of refrigerant we
recover and you see why we are expanding so rapidly”. John added
that “We deliver superior service and tremendous value to our
customers”.
When asked if he feels Rapid Recovery has a competitive advantage,
John said, “Definitely, get us on a job-site and our equipment,
tools and personnel really impress even the most experienced HVAC
or Refrigeration professional.” He added that “Once a contactor
uses us on a recovery and realizes our speed, they understand the
impact that outsourcing refrigerant recovery can have. Their
highly trained technicians can then focus on revenue generation
rather than recovery.”
